12 Bedrooms, 21 Bathrooms, and a Six-Kitchen Grocery Bill You Don't Want to Think About

Reddit's reaction to this Suwanee, Georgia estate can be summed up in one comment: "6 kitchens, wonder what the grocery bill runs." Fair question. Spread across 14 private acres and 26,233 square feet, the property lists for $14,500,000 and comes with 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, an underground passage, and its own fitness pavilion.

Six Kitchens, Because One Was Never Going to Cut It

Past the two-story foyer and its dual sweeping staircase, the main level unfolds into a formal dining room, a grand salon, and a glass atrium — all built around a gourmet chef's kitchen with a walk-in butler's pantry, a separate hidden pantry, and a fully equipped catering kitchen with Viking appliances. Add in the terrace-level secondary kitchen, the theater kitchenette, and the guest suite kitchens above the garage, and you land at six total, plus multiple bars scattered throughout for good measure.

A Terrace Level That's Basically Its Own Resort

Downstairs, a dramatic spiral staircase leads to a billiards lounge with a coffered ceiling and fireplace, a private theater, a sauna, and a dedicated salon and barber area. Outside, a saltwater pool, an outdoor kitchen, and orchards of blueberries, blackberries, peaches, apples, and figs round out the grounds, along with a 12-car garage and a private drive leading to the estate's own lake. Reddit also flagged this as a reported former home of NBA veteran Dwight Howard, based on a linked local news report — worth noting as an interesting rumor rather than a confirmed fact.
