No-Drill Fix
If your studio floor is buried in bins and off-season clothes, stackable bed risers solve it by lifting your bed frame just a few inches to create real under-bed storage. No tools, no assembly into the frame itself, and nothing attached to walls or floors — it's pure gravity and leverage, fully renter-safe.
What You'll Need
- Set of 4 stackable bed risers, approx. $18-$25
- Optional under-bed storage bins, approx. $10-$15 each
- Optional slim rolling bins for tight clearance, approx. $12
- Flashlight or phone light for checking clearance underneath
How to Do It
- Measure your bed frame legs and current under-bed clearance to pick the right riser height.
- Clear the area around each leg so you have room to work safely.
- Lift one corner of the bed frame at a time with help if needed, and slide a riser cup under each leg.
- Stack risers if you want extra height for taller bins — most cups nest securely without glue.
- Slide in your storage bins or rolling containers underneath once all four legs are elevated.
- Remove the risers anytime by simply lifting the frame back off — no marks, no residue, no landlord notes.
DESIGNER TIP
Choose risers with a locking groove for the leg to sit in — it keeps the bed from shifting on hardwood or tile floors.
